1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Les Petits Boulots (the “Platform”), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Service description
Les Petits Boulots connects clients and workers for small jobs in Québec. The Platform enables posting requests, receiving offers, messaging and secure payment.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
4. Payments and commission
Payments are processed through our provider (Stripe) and held in escrow until the work is confirmed. A 15% commission is charged on the contract amount. Amounts are computed server-side.
5. User commitments
Communications and payments must occur within the Platform. Bypassing it (sharing contact details to deal off-Platform) is prohibited. Illegal, misleading or abusive content is forbidden.
6. Liability
The Platform acts as an intermediary. It does not guarantee the quality of services exchanged between users and disclaims liability to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
